Sunday , October 04, there will be a Church Business Meeting in the Sanctuary from 4:00 - 5:00pm. All registered church members are invited and encouraged to attend. Hear committee and Administrative Council reports and vote on several business items.
October is a very busy Month here at First methodist Church, with lots of family-friendly seasonal activities and events including the UWF Art and Crafts Marketplace, Trunk or Treat in the west parking lot, and our annual Chili Cook-Off and Pumpkin Carving Night. Zephyrhills, Florida, is home to a large and active Methodist community that dates back more than a century. In 1912, with the blessing of the district of the Florida Conference, Reverend N. J. Hawley began holding meetings and ministering to a small group of individuals. It was this dedicated group that eventually organized our present church.
