Grab your bandana and dust off your boots! We are headed west to Wonder Junction where kids will discover the wonder of who Jesus is. Join us this summer for a fun and informative VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL set in a wild but welcoming west! Children of all ages will find so much to wonder AT as well as wonder ABOUT when they travel the steel rails to the colorful desert town where Cowboys and Cowgirls are invited to meet Christ in all his glory.

They’ll marvel at the Creator of the universe who came to earth as a tiny baby and was laid in a feeding trough for animals, who grew up and began his ministry of healing people and demonstrating his power as God the Son, who gave his life in payment for sin, who conquered death, and who will return one day in power and glory. They will be encouraged to embrace the salvation Jesus offers and challenged to live for his glory as we wait for his return.

It may seem like a world away but starting June 9th, the Wild, Welcoming West can be found at our very own whistle stop at the Big White Church on 5th Avenue. For five summer days, our campus will be home to expansive skies, desert vistas, dusty roads, and a colorfully weathered western town, all there to greet them when they step off the VBS Express at Wonder Junction.
Monday through Friday, arriving at 9:30am and departing for the return trip home at 12:15pm The VBS Express will be this summer's ticket to awesome fun, adventure, and learning about Jesus.

What is the VBS experience? It's a week long summer camp with Christ as the focus. Each day starts and ends at the Station (Sanctuary) where children enjoy singing, stories, and a fun introduction to the day's bible-driven themes. From there they rotate through a western themed landscape of activity stations with their faithful guides leading every step of the way. What will they discover? That they don't have to wonder at all who is at the core of their lives. It's Christ in all his glory!
